BitFlow envisions becoming the central liquidity hub for the Bitcoin ecosystem, aiming to remove the barriers that fragment DeFi on Bitcoin across diverse networks. Through innovative integrations and services, we're uniting this dispersed liquidity, enabling a more interconnected Bitcoin DeFi environment.

Connecting the Bitcoin Ecosystem

BitFlow is committed to harmonizing the various components of the Bitcoin ecosystem through strategic integrations. Here are some key examples:

Magic Protocol

Historically, transferring Bitcoin across different layers or networks in a decentralized, trustless manner presented significant hurdles. Many users have had to rely on centralized platforms, such as exchanges and custodians, to leverage their Bitcoin in DeFi systems. Magic Protocol is designed to address this issue, serving as a bridge between native Bitcoin and Wrapped Bitcoin (xBTC) on the Stacks layer, facilitated via atomic swaps.

BitFlow is taking proactive steps to strengthen Bitcoin DeFi by becoming a supplier within the Magic Protocol. This integration will empower users to swap trustlessly between native Bitcoin and its wrapped or pegged versions on the Stacks layer.

BitFlow Bridge

BitFlow is in the process of creating the first-of-its-kind bridge between the Stacks layer and the Rootstock (RSK) network. This bridge is designed to enable users to seamlessly transfer their assets, such as the Sovryn Dollar (DLLR), from Rootstock to the Stacks layer, and vice versa with assets like sUSDT or sBTC.

This pivotal connection between layers marks just the beginning. As BitFlow evolves, the objective is to continuously extend these connections, progressively integrating more networks that further consolidate and enhance the Bitcoin DeFi ecosystem.
